I am trying to venture into street photography but i am nervous/afraid to get in close for that shot (afraid that the subject would punch me in the face or have a screaming tantrum)...
Any suggestions/tips for eliminating the fear of being too close to the subject?

Finally, after a few weeks of deliberation..i got myself a new toy!
I welcome Canon EOS 600D/T3i into my life...my first ever DSLR (or any proper camera for that matter)...
Hope this baby wil last me a long time and serve me well in days to come... :)
